With Neat cancellation insurance, you travel with peace of mind and total serenity!
Conditions
Here are the guarantees offered by the Neat cancellation insurance for a fee of 5% of the total stay amount:
Cancellation of stay
100% * with proof or 70% without proof
Interruption of stay and/or late arrival*
Which requires you to leave earlier and/or arrive a few days later.
Replacement vehicle*
In case of breakdown or accident during your stay.
Veterinary expenses
Coverage of veterinary care costs* and assistance.
Forgotten item*
Coverage of the return shipping of the forgotten item from your place of stay.

How much does the insurance cost?
The insurance fee is 5% of the total amount of the stay. It must be paid at the time of booking or within 24 hours after receiving the booking confirmation.
How to contact Neat in case of need?
1 - Immediately notify the establishment by email at reservation@seagreen.fr (mentioning the name of the campsite in the subject) or by phone at +33 (0)5 64 10 20 20 of your cancellation, delay, or interruption.
2 - Report your claim to Neat within 5 business days following the event triggering the coverage via this form, by email at sinistre@neat.eu, or by phone at +33 5 54 54 25 22.
3 - You will be reimbursed within 48 hours.
